All bids for the DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program Round 1 Recompete must have been completed, approved, and certified in the online bidding system, DBidS, by 9 p.m. Eastern Time on December 14, 2012. The Request for Bids (RFB) does not permit suppliers to alter or amend bids after the close of bidding. All required hardcopy documents specified in the RFB must have been RECEIVED by the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC) on or before December 14, 2012. Any hardcopy documents received after this date will not be accepted, with the exception of documents requested by the CBIC as part of the covered document review process.
